Best time to go Disney World?

While little Jayden is my my stomach still – we are already talking about when to bring this little man to Disney World! Are we crazy or what? But since we were planning it – mind as well continue with it right? My husband’s never been to Disney World – the one at Orlando himself so he’s quite excited to go! For me – I’ve been there like 6-7 years ago? It was quite an experience for me. But what I love the most is of course the outlet malls! *hahaha* – can’t forget the shopping right?

Anyways – being there for a week is really not enough because they have so many parks to walk through – if we bring Little Jayden this time – we gotta go for two weeks. I want him to enjoy and experience everything he could. But what’s the best age to bring him?? My husband is thinking about age 5 but I’m thinking that’s way too young for him to even remember where he went right? I’m looking into an older age – so he can remember more. What’s your thought? Any suggestions on what’s the best age to bring your kids to Disney World?

New York City 2010

Yes – it was such a short trip to New York City this summer. It ended with a one day tour because we needed to head to a cruise where it departs on New York City.

It was my first time at New York City – boy, it’s a very busy city. No lies – I don’t think I will be able to live in this city. It’s too packed – too noisy – and too busy. I love to live somewhere where there is peace and quiet. I can be a loud and quiet person at the same time. Depending on the environment. But I can be a loud person all the time. I would like my quietness too.

Vancouver, British Columbia

This is one of the usual days in Vancouver. The rainy old days which I hate about. Why? Because it’s always wet and muggy. I never really lived in Vancouver – but when I have time I would usually fly there for a week or two to visit my mom side of the family.

This picture was taken three years ago, which is 2007. Way back where I would visit once a year but when you grow up – life seems to be busier – I didn’t visit for 2 years now. I know it’s my responsibilities to visit and visit my mom’s grave but sometimes we really don’t have the time for it. Agree?

Don’t get me wrong – there’s some part I still love about Vancouver. Especially the yummy food they have.  Between, this is the only picture of 2007 I have. Too bad I didn’t take any, next time when I go, I’ll take a bunch of them!

Look at the HUGE house below – that is the house I lived at when I was there for two whole weeks! It was a big house and I couldn’t even take a picture of the whole house from my camera (maybe I was too close to the house lol)

[Travel] Empire Seafood Restaurant @ Richmond, Vancouver

Another dim sum restaurant. I gotta admit that Vancouver Dim Sum restaurant is way better than Toronto ones. They have much more unique varieties. Of course – at a much more expensive price too. You gotta pay for what you get right? The cost of living in Vancouver is much more higher then Toronto – that’s a fact. But somehow – their minimum wage is lower. How does that even work?

Was too busy eating – hardly had the chance to take any photos!

Note: This restaurant gets really busy – so do go early for seats. That’s what my aunt did and boy when we got there. There was already a huge line up! So yes – make your reservation a head of time. Vancouver dim sum restaurant is always busy – do they retire early?

Vacation to Vancouver, Birtish Columbia

If your going to Vancouver – you gotta be ready for the rain most of the time. That’s what I dislike about it – rainy days usually upsets the mood and getting to places is just not the same too. I used to live in Vancouver – maybe for 1 year only? I don’t remember much about it because I was so young back than – I don’t remember a thing to be honest. Living there is way different than living in Toronto for sure – the places are a bit smaller and the houses are twice the price. Not gonna lie – the land there is quite expensive if your buying a place. Not sure about the rent – rent might be as expensive too.

Would I ever move there? I don’t think so because of the cost of living and I don’t know much people there. Plus – its hard to find a job there because there’s not much opportunity.

We are planning to go up there in May to visit our relatives – so right now checking out the flight deals – it’s pretty expensive. $600 round trip – back than I used to go for $300 round trip. What’s up with the prices now? I hope it gets better or else I’ll have to delay my plan – but going up there is a must to visit my mother’s grave and my grandmother. She’s old and I want to see her as much as I can. Have you been to Vancouver before?

Woodbury Common Outlet Mall @ New Jersey

If you are going to the Woodbury outlet – don’t ever forget to pick up a coupon book at the customer service area. They have great deals. Plus – if you really do plan to go – please spend a few days there. There is absolutely over 200 stores to get to. 2 hours a day does not get you anywhere.

You need about a week to get through the two hundred stores. It was unbelievable. The sale compare to Toronto price was ridiculous. I would love to move here one day just because of the shopping. No lies – the deals is CRAZY. Are you a shopaholic like me or something??

CN Tower & 360 Restaurant

CN Tower isn’t really special to us because we see it most of the time – but honestly, I’ve only been there once and that was last year for my birthday. I have to say – it’s really romantic up there if your other half takes you up there for a dinner outings and you get to look through the window to see all the entire Toronto, well downtown!

We ate at the 360 Restaurant where it rotates when your eating – you don’t really feel it but when you look outside – you know your moving. The food was delicious there!

The delicious food! YUMMS

After dinner, we headed up to the top where there is a clear window at the bottom where people can step on it and look WAY down – of course I didn’t dare to step on that window and look down. I had problems taking the elevator all the way up already. After that – we took pictures and headed to the gift shop :)

Detroit Shopping Trip 2008

Detroit is a very nice place to be. This trip was way back in 2008 in the summer where we decided to head for a shopping trip but we ended up at Macy shopping mall. We stayed at Detroit for one night before heading to the shopping mall the next day – we tried to find outlets there, but we couldn’t find it so we settled for Macy at Michigan.

This is the hotel we stayed in – we had one hotel room for about 8 people! Not bad eh? At least we made our hotel room price worth while! :) The rate wasn’t all that expensive at that time.

We had dinner @ Chilis, my first time at this restaurant! The service was fabulous!

Delicious food! Sorry for the unclear pictures!

I didn’t end up getting much on this trip, except a Lactose bag that cost $110.00US dollars!! Now I don’t even use it anymore!

My hard work money!

Vancouver, BC 2008

This was one of the favorite malls I went to! Lots of shopping to do and walking around. Not only that – but with lots of restaurants there too! Love it there. Missing it already!

Family dinners and lunches with my relatives! I miss them truly – I haven’t seen them for more than 2 years already and I was busy with school and personal reasons that I didn’t even get to visit them. Money is now the problem since I’m on my own now! But I will see them next year for sure. I miss all of them!!

Aren’t these trees beautiful? I miss them!

USA Aircraft

This was one of the destinations we headed to while traveling back home. Aircraft are really not my thing – but hey! I’m only stopping by here once – mind as well check out what this really is right? There was a lot of history to these aircraft and trust me there was a lot of aircraft in there – this place was HUGE. I wonder if they still fly with these aircraft or it’s just for people to look at eh?

I didn’t take much pictures of the aircraft but I thought this one was the coolest because it’s silver and small! All of the other ones are pretty boring to me and huge too! We were not suppose to touch any of the aircraft at all – see how important they are eh?

HUGEEEEEEEEEE!
